medieval sword comte de nieuwerkerke 14th century LARP boogschieten Milanese armour is characterised byThis beautiful knight's sword formed part of the collection of Comte de Nieuwerkerke, a French sculptor and art collector. The original provenance of the sword, which is now held in the Wallace Collection in London, remains unknown. According to the Oakeshott typology it is classified as Type XV and dates from approximately 13501400.
