Fruity and floral aromas. Fresh and balanced with a lively and fresh acidity. Great on it's own or as an aperitif, it also pairs well with fish and seafood, pasta salad, sushi, Thai cuisine, vegetarian dishes and poultry dishes with cream sauces.
